Purchasing and ordering
No contract ("Contract") exists between you and us in respect of the purchase of any product offered on the Site until we have accepted your order and sent you the Dispatch Confirmation (as defined below). If your order is not accepted and the amount has already been withdrawn from your account, you will receive a full refund. To place an order, you will be asked to follow the online purchase procedure and click on the "Complete order" button to send it. You will then receive an e-mail from us acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase one or more products for your personal use and not for resale. Please note that this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order. It only represents your offer to purchase one or more products. For all purchases made through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase receipt will be provided electronically only; hard copies of receipts will not be provided.

Product prices
Prices of products offered on this Web site may differ from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets. Prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise indicated) or sales taxes, if any, which will be added to the total price of your invoice. Ülev accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or CODs for online orders.
Delivery
Ülev will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver any product ordered as quickly as possible and within the time specified. However, you acknowledge and agree that Ülev shall not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery.
