Return and replacement

Warranty

We guarantee your product for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase, against any manufacturing defect affecting the correct operation of the product. It DOES NOT COVER damage resulting from misuse, accident or lack of maintenance. We will replace your product free of charge, provided you make your claim within the warranty period.

Return and replacement

For reasons of hygiene and safety, only items with a manufacturing defect may be returned for replacement.

To return an item for replacement, you must have your order number (receipt) or other proof of purchase. To qualify for a replacement, all returned items must be in their original condition, with their
original labels and packaging, and be considered undamaged.

Returned items will be inspected by our team for approval of your replacement request. Once your replacement request has been approved, we will send you a new item free of charge.
